I can say without a doubt that I will never shop anywhere else for jewelry and watches. They make excellent Santa’s elves as they kept a secret for me during the holidays. Customer service is top-notch, selection is gorgeous, and if they don’t have what you think you need, they will go out & find it for you! Where else can you request that and still expect to get good prices too.

SAVED ME ABOUT $7K!
I had a budget and made it very clear that I needed to stay there. Matt went out and found the best one for the money and custom made a ring based on what my wife told him. You see, I was very 007 about my purchase. I actually introduced Matt to my Wife and let her spill her guts about rings with NO knowledge of the fact that I was shopping. Very Rico Suave of me, I must say. Compared to the retail stores that are staffed my pimple-faced teenagers who know little to nothing outside of their 30 minute training session, ADD stands head and shoulders above them.

LOVE MY RING
I am the lucky recipient of a ring purchased at Austin Diamond District (well two, counting the wedding band purchased later). I love these guys. Matt and Sheldon are extremely knowledgeable and easy-going. My ring is A-MAZE-ING. And I must say the service was phenomenal as well. After I got engaged, they came to my office, picked up my ring, sized it, and brought it back to me that very same day. They knew a newly engaged girl would not want to be without that rock for long! I don’t know any other store that will do that. I highly recommend them to everyone.

This reminded me of the Diamond District in New York. Very refreshing to deal one on one with true professionals that made out purchase a very special experience. Knowledgeable and definately a cut above the regular retail jewelry buying experience in Austin. I felt that they took the time to get to know me and my fiance.
